Cellular and Humoral Immune Responses to SARS-CoV-2 Vaccination

Overview

Dr. Elena Hsieh has developed a research study to investigate the differences in immune responses to the COVID-19 vaccine in children of varying ages with normal immune systems and B-cell disorders. Currently, we are looking to enroll children who received a COVID-19 vaccine within the past 18 months as well as children who had a COVID-19 infection within the past 14 days regardless of vaccination status.

Participant Inclusion Criteria:

1. Age ranges for which the COVID-19 vaccines are FDA approved (or studied in clinical trials)
2. COVID-19 vaccination scheduled/planned/received, or evidence of COVID-19 infection via PCR test or rapid test
3. Children already enrolled in studies of safety and immunogenicity performed by manufacturers of vaccines previously approved in adults
